Hi, im 16 years old and im trying to get better with girls. After discovering nofap i found out that im not so good with girls and dont have good game. I recently tried to approach a girl in my gym but it didnt work out. I saw her recently and she kinda held eye contact with me for 3-4 sec. So how do i get better? do i need to watch videos online or just go in public and try all by myself?
