So I go to uni and met this girl in one of my classes around a month ago and she's really cool and quite gorgeous. We've hung out a few times at my place and I can never seem to pull the trigger on getting things to a more sexual level. Or even to kissing. I'm pretty sure she likes me as we flirt here and there and when we hang we always sit right up against each other and plenty of touching etc. I know I'm just being a pussy by not making a move. I'm afraid she won't reciprocate but I guess my question is what's the best way to get things rolling?

Since this coming week is finals week and we are going to be studying quite a bit together, we aren't gonna have a whole lot of down time but I'm thinking of asking her out, maybe to a movie as soon as finals are over. Should I make a move before I do this?
