Hi Seddit,

To preface this, I come from the mindset that no one truly gives a fuck about me, and that inorder to carry a conversation you need to be the one actively interested in the other person because unless they are 5/10 > personality wise they won't ask you questions back or worse, even think to do so. I've lived like this for the past 4 years (when I started game) and have been really successful with girls, witty funny aloof good kino escalation and also knowing how to make the conversation emotional, whether that be happy or sad (both are powerful imo). But recently I went on this date with this girl who was a beautiful person. Good looking, can hold a conversation etc. The date went well except for two hiccup, one of which is something I am actively working on fixing since childhood, but the other was when she asked me "tell me something about yourself" when the conversation has been on her for the majority of the date. I went blank. Was it the generality of the question? Was it the fact that I've barely spoken about myself in conversations in the past and now I have no idea how? I have no problem saying funny stories from my past, but that's because I don't see it as something relating to me- that was a different me in a different time. But if it's something with ME right now, it's different.

I don't usually have problems with game but this one stumped me. I must have blown it because she texted me that she had a good time etc.. but I'm not phased about that, just the fact there is something so big I have never seen in myself before.

I didn't know who to turn to IRL so here I am. What would you guys recommend? How do I fix this? I thought about story telling and improv but they are not a problem to me, as I said before. It's about sharing myself. and I have no idea how to fix that.
