I have two good female friends that live close to me and I'm pretty close with. Friend A - we went on three legit dates, had some fun together but didn't have sex. She's in an intense school program, so told me she likes hanging out but doesn't want to date right now. I said that's cool, we continued to hang out once every two weeks or so (I immediately started to focus on other girls after she said she didn't want to date), but I haven't tried anything since our original three dates. She definitely likes me and we vibe really well, so I want to bring up the possibility of having sex for fun.

Friend B - I've known her for over 12 years; we're quite close. Always had a good energy between us, but never lived in the same city for the past five years or so. She's going away in September and might not be back to my city for a year after that, so I have been focusing on other girls. Recently she's been communicating with me more and we have nice sexual energy when we hang out, gotten drunk a few times but nothing substantial happened. I want to say that we should hook up for fun, but not sure how.

To be clear, I'm more so looking for a relationship right now rather than casual sex, but it would be fun to hook up with either of these girls or both. What should my move be, the next time I'm hanging out with either girl in my apartment?
