There's no specific thing you should be doing mate. everyone's got a different body part they're attracted to more than the others. Face, boobs and booty are the 3 most common ones. Others could be hair, legs.

Face is usually the first thing I notice. If they are facing away then legs, especially if they are wearing shorts.

It depends on the person, personally I wouldn't date a girl with a 4/10 or less face and 10/10 body. Face is the most important feature in my opinion, others are important, but even if they're not 7+/10 that's still fine if they have a good looking face

It's not cause of nofap in my opinion, that happened to me aswell lately, even though I stopped nofap like few months ago

thats cute and the way it should be tbh! Some guys care more for the body because they only want sex or because they admire athletic/hard work and the skills and traits associated with sports and body building. Some guys are self conscious about their own bodies and feel they can relate to someone who is either of a similar shape or has their aspirational body. Some guys are open to different body shapes but picky with face (or visa versa). It's normal and it just depends on what you are into. I would have thought that no fap = staring at bodies though... maybe you are objectifying women less and seeing them less as a piece of meat and more as people. That's one of the benefits (and downfalls) of masturbation and/to porn. KEEP IT UP! haha.
