I’ve been going to a coffee shop every week and there’s a girl that I think I’m attracted to. We’ve exchanged looks and smiles but she seems to be REALLY SHY. Now I’ve thought about asking for her number but I don’t want to make her feel pressured since she works there and bc I see how shy she is.

What’s the best way to approach her with out coming out too strong or forward?

Ps. I’ve been out of the dating game for over 2-3 years, broke up w ex about 3 months ago.
