Ok so I’ve read a lot of advice on cold approaching but I always read about comd approaches to get a possible girlfriend. But what if I just want to be friends with a random girl I see on the street. I can’t go up to her and tell her that I noticed she is pretty and I wanted to say hi. What do I say if I just want to befriend her?
