How do I make a move on a girl? Get laid or for maybe even a relationship.

Would probably like to avoid social media cause got no game there. Hv a fb for ages never used, made ig last week(still no confident to post pics, feel I look ugly in puctures), hv a shitty phone camwra so snapchat will make me feel more uglier.
