To be honest with you there isn't information to determine what the problem might be. I can only provide some basic advice on what to do to stop flaking. My main question is how interested were these girls before you asked them on a date and what are you doing to make them want to meet up with you.

1) Make sure you're asking girls out that are interested in you. Remember you want girls that are excited to see you and go on a date with you.

2) Offer a fun experience. Don't say like go on date to go out to eat or let's go see a movie. Ask girls on dates that sound fun and exciting. There's a difference between asking a girl out to go see a movie and asking her to go ax throwing or karaoke. As girls on a date with activities that interest you both.

3) Be memorable and show your value. One big problem why I used to not get dates after approaching women was that I wasn't polarizing and I didn't take risks. My goal was to just get a number. Once I started being more assertive and build a connection I started converting more numbers into dates. Be flirty and learn how to make conversations interesting.

If you're meeting girls from apps then they are more likely to flake and remember flaking usually shows the bad qualities in women. If she flakes then she isn't the type of girl you want to be getting into a relationship with. Flaking comes with the game there's no 100% way to avoid it. Work on being the best guy you could be so any girl flaking on a date with you will feel dumb for doing it.

If its a re occurrence you're not desirable to the woman you ask out. If they truly were interested, they would reciprocate interest e.g. "hey, can we do tommorow instead?"

Majority of girls aren't direct like men, so they use alternative ways of saying no to not look be mean. If people got asked out by their crush, they would mark that down in their calender.

A date is the first step but if you struggle to get to that, then something is definitely wrong. You should at least have one of these: game, attractiveness, a physique, wealth or status. Most guys don't have all 5 but you need to compensate for whatever you lack
