There is no consensus about whether gender characteristics are nature or nurture, or how much each of these things affect the way men or women are.

This whole idea of thinking that knowledge is a destination rather than a journey, is also problematic because it's too rigid to adapt to reality, which is often changing.

This is a nonsensical statement.

We have had no way to prove "evolutionary psychology" because the theories that make it up, are literally untestable without a damn time machine.

So we don't "know" any such things.

But now, civilization is settled.

What does this even mean? Civilization has existed since the 1st Agricultural Revolution.

Could our instincts change and adapt to this new society, and then our knowledge about female nature must be updated some day?

Could they? You're a little behind.

Culture is ALWAYS changing, and dating, et al, changes with it and has always changed with it.

And in a way, NOTHING has changed; paying attention to the person one wants to be with, probably hasn't really changed for a long time. It certainly hasn't within the last couple hundred years of recorded history.
