Ok buddy. First off, will this be yours first time ever in a club? If yes, it doesn't matter. All you've got to do is relax, a BIT of alcohol may help you loosen up.
Your goal there is to have fun, girls are a bonus. It sounds cheesy, but you will realise soon enough that this mindset is fucking gold.
Also how old are you? Theres difference in a nightclub for HS/College and others. If you're in HS/College just go bold and confident and grab bitches by the waist and just grind, makeout then whatever. Just remember that they are there to release their sexual tension and you don't have to go for a number close, they'll probably forget you day after.
If you're going to a more "mature" club, dress nice, and don't just start grinding on women, they most probably won't like this.
And most nightclubs are loud af and you won't talk much. So you might try to 'isolate' the girl, if she says she wants to dance or doesn't want to thats fine, you can think about other places in the club or try later, analyze.

Im 18 have been to a club before but its complicated.I know i should look like im having fun but i really want to be that guy that talks and dances with a girl and makes out with her within moments.Plus grinding here in the country i live might not be the best way to initiate...

You're 18 so nightclubs are your best choice. That plus meeting girls in school.

Look. When I come into a club, I get pumped up with my buddies before to get into that "god mode" state. Grab a beer, chill for 10 mins inside the Nightclub before going to a dancefloor, soak into that atmosphere, feel the ambience. Finish up your beer and off you go to a dancefloor. Then it's easy, I just grab bitches by the waist and make out sloppily, nightclubs are fucking fun!

I go out alone and get consistent results. Pro tip: warm up bar! There's a neighborhood spot I have one beer in before I go to the club. It gets me in the mood to have fun by making sure I have time to myself. It's another meditation. While I'm here I also open up as many patrons as I can, and the bartenders. I've actually made lots of friends here because of this pregame!
Go out to have fun, not to get laid! If you're havi ng a good time and putting out good vibes, people flock to you. Just don't go out to get laid, go out to have fun! When you dance with a girl ask her if she would like to get some air and go outside

I recommend ya'll go to a bar first and just chat up random girls to get your talk game going first. Then just ask them if they want to go to the club.
If you just go to club it's easy to fall in to the idea that it's all dance and physical game. The foundation is still talk game (even though you might use barely any). If you want to understand why your dance / physical game might fail you need to understand what these girls would be like to strictly talk to at a bar instead.
