I'm not gonna hate on you for being a bitch. If you've dated her for ten years. Literally compile things she likes and make it an adventure. Mystery is your friend here. Tell her y'all are going somewhere and you're not gonna say where. Surprise her place by place, and these places can be anything, say her favorite food is Italian, take her to a nice Italian place for lunch while continually insisting you want Street food during the adventure, she doesn't know what to expect. Surprise her as such and by the end she'll forget everything about the other guy. Good luck, bitch.

You certainly don't need to text everyday to have a normal relationship but you should text her every once in awhile, see how she's doing and stuff like that. As for the date itself, are you gonna cook for her or order? Maybe watch a movie, or put soft music on and slow dance w/ her, talk about your day, interesting subjects, cool things that happened to you recently, board/video games if she's into that, and for the finale smash like there's no tomorrow!
