It is always bad to wait for the kiss, till the date ends. Like aquagiant said, just have fun and dont think too much. Kino is also very important if you want to get intimate with her. It is pretty much the basis you have to build to kiss her, so that she does not deny it. Also, a coffee date is a very hard place to properly escalate, since it is more of a secure way to get the chemistry of one another.

If you feel like it, try to get her out of there for a walk in a park or somewhere you can kiss her without her feeling exposed too much. Sitting on a bench in a not too crowded area would be one of those places. This though, has best chances to work if you both have chemistry and you escalated to it beforehand. And remember, if she does not respond well to your kino, step back and establish that low level of intimacy first before you go all in.
