It depends on the nature of your job. Some question to consider

1) Can you resign and get easily get another job if things fucked up?

2) Is she new at your working place? If so she might be using you and once things go sour, which it will when you game her, you will feel like shit because u can't apply other game principles. Never underestimate the power of women socializing skills.

My advice is, start to actively look for a new job now and game her. If you don't have that option for whatever circumstances, don't do it. Game other girls outside work.

your gut is telling you the correct thing and your weak self discipline and need for female attention is telling you another.

you are correct there is always another girl so why potentially fuck up your life for this one. if you do that youre opening the door to more potential life fuck ups as every action translates into other aspects of life.

you could date this girl and it could go really wrong, and you could lose your career and ruin your life.

you could date another girl and it could go really wrong and all you get is a key scratch on your car.

Do it Bro, I've slept with my coworkers in the last 3 jobs that I had. No problem. I even slept with my boss, that turned out to be a bad idea as she was crazy(I should have taken the red flags seriously)

But I don't regret anything.

If you are just looking to get laid, not a good idea. If you want a relationship (wrong group) people do meet at work, life happens.
