So a friend and I have been following r/sedution for a while, watching videos etc. Decided we wanted to do some day game here in Delhi, India. To set some context:

  1. India is a somewhat conservative contradictory country when it comes to sex, dating etc.
  2. Filled with lots of thirsty guys, abusive guys or guys who have the ability to make you totally uncomfortable just with their presence. (basically most Indian men have next to no game)

Set some context about me, I have dated and had relationships with a bunch of girls and currently doing game to improve the quality of girls in my life.

We did this in one the upscale Delhi malls, didn't open girls together but just spotted them for each other. This is how the first few interactions went:

Me: Hi! I am XXXXXXX (smile on the face, mid-high energy)

Her: -- Confused quizzical expression about what is happening --

Me: I just thought you looked kinda interesting so wanted to come over and introduce myself

or

Me: Why do you look so confused? (Used this to call them out)

Her: --- Something around not being interested or walking away ---

Here are two questions I have:

a. Is it my context or something I am doing wrong or a possible mix of two which yields such a quizzical expression when I introduce myself?

b. The reason I try to setup premise early on is basically following Todd's advice, even the 'kinda interesting' line is copied from his sets. (and before I get comments about using a `line`, if I can open with something particular to the girl I would always prefer to do the same).

Should I instead let the tension build and ask her questions about where she is from etc. and then do it probably one-two minutes into the interaction?

Any other pointers would be helpful too. Any other experiences of people who have done day game in Delhi or India would be helpful too.
