awww, puppy love. well, the biggest problem for that age is that guys don't show direct interest and end up in the friendzone. Imagine a jock, he would be an asshole but he shows interest and that's manly and good. So, talk to her a bit, ask her about her day, maybe make a joke or 2 if it comes up and tell her something along the lines " listen, i think you're very cute and would like to get to know you better over a ... juice box? " not sure what u guys drink :)) . It's important to grow the balls to ask her out. If she says yes, you're in, if not...at least you took a shot and she will respect you for it and there's always the chance that she changes her mind.

Besides the conversation, you should be put together, nice clothes, good haircut etc etc.

Trust me, girls want it too but you can't pick who you like or who you love. So the best you can do is take you shot... i did it a few hundreds of times and was surprised that i got some women way out of my league for the simple fact i had the balls to do it.
