There was nothing wrong with your message, I would have personally found it quite funny and rather sweet.
She hasn't ghosted you - it's literally been one day! People get busy, tired, stressed, maybe they have a lot going on socially, or they are dealing with something privately.
I know its not easy to say, but try not to obsess over this one person. Obsessive behaviour can make another person feel very overwhelmed.
Focus on you and don't personalize her day's absence. You're doing okay! You best way deal with the situation by leaving her be and giving her space to come back to you. Don't double text her.

Haha im a med student. Very busy. I have msgs control pasted. Its not hard. But that was my summer break. Its more like 30-50 now. Seeing that 50-60 percent ghost. The other 40 percent i just find those who are the the most fun. Then I bring one every other night to my apt. Last weekend I bought a hotel about an hour away. Had 2 girls pay for half the hotel and had 4 people in it. It was fun and free.
