I (M26) have been taking a woman (F25) on 2 dates and wanting to schedule the next one. It's been 2 weeks since our last date. She's been working 16 hour shifts at her job (nurse) one week and planned a "sister road trip" with her younger sister the week after. I try to keep texting for setting up dates only.

2 weeks ago I texted and asked if she was free for a dinner date that night. She was busy with work (no big deal). I put the ball in her court and told her to let me know when she's free. She replied "you got it". Didn't hear back.

Waited 2 days to text again and I sent a meme on snapchat to initiate a conversation (which usually gets a response) she opened it but no response. Again, no big deal only snapchat and probably working crazy hours for her road trip.

Second week (maybe another 3 days) I reached out again by calling to set up the next date. She didn't pick up, however, she did text me the next hour saying "Hey I'm on a sister trip right now". At that point I should had requested a time to get that next date, but instead I wished them a good vacation.

It's been 5 days now. This time I want to be straightforward and setup the date in one text: "Hey haven't heard from you in bit. What's your schedule looking like next week? Let's get together and have dinner"

Part of me feels like her interest is low and I'm not sure if she thinks I'm texting too little or too much (I'd rather bring up in person). I want to make this my last attempt at reaching out for a date to see where her head is at. Since we started dating I find myself doing majority of the chasing/reaching out, and so that's why I feel like she has low interest especially after our second date. Am I contacting too much or too little?

She shows EXTREMELY high interest while on our dates (kissing, touching, planning future, etc), but low when not on dates.
