She's probably a good person and, given her job, She's struggling to balance life with work. That said, a) you don't seem to be at the top of her priorities b) she enjoys your company but she doesn't particularly miss you when you're not there ... You do you but if I was in your situation, I would leave the ball in her park and move on. Her job is very demanding and would always be between you two .

So it seems like you put in enough effort on your end so I would wait and see if she initiates contact. If she doesnt contact anymore then that's your sign to move on and continue playing the field.

Issue here is you’re counting time. Your first move was correct. Secondly don’t pressure a woman by asking for a date on that same night unless you’ve been on a date with her before (or you’re confident she has high interest - she calls first or initiates conversations etc) never set up a date for the same day.

You always want to give some radio silence between when you setup the date and when you call 2-3 days minimum.

That meme after 2 days was mistake No No No! You actually fucked up nicely from this moment.

Bro just chill with this woman give her some breathing room for the love of god relax. If she’s keen as you say she is give her a chance to reciprocate and show interest in you aswell (call or text).

My advice, you’re doing more harm than good just sit on your hands and let her reach out.
