I would also like to add that if you need to interact with her on a daily basis best not to try. Why bother hitting on the women in your workplace when there’s probably someone hotter probably wandering around the mall or beyond said mall. Go hit on them.

You could always ask her out for lunch one day and then really test out your theory then? Maybe something like “Hey I just wana say your smile really helped me out of a rough week, lets grab a bite soon”

You gotta get the “out of your league thing” out of your head… there is no league, there is only you and her and either she finds you attractive or not, but she’s not gonna give you a grade based on your appearance, compare that with the grade she would give to her self and then come to the conclusion she doesn’t like you because you’re not “on her level”.
