Don't get so comfortable in the thought that you'll naturally end up in bed with this chick. Remember, it's still your job to silently leads the way and to take opportunities she provides.
In terms of what to do before, shave and clean yourself l, obviously. Haircuts don't hurt. Some people like to meditate the day of a day. I prefer to work out. Make sure your place is ready for a chick to come over to.

Physically: Manicure, pedicure, haircut, shave whatever body parts necessary, etc. General grooming.
Mentally: It’s been a while for you, so just chill. Relax. Meditate.
