If it's making you feel uncomfortable, and you do value the friendship, the best thing to do would be to have a conversation. She probably feels the same or some level of discomfort, too and would likely feel relieved by being on the same page.

Doesn't have to get deep, but acknowledging like "hey, not sure if you ever noticed but I've felt some wall between us because I've felt attracted to you in the past. Not sure if you ever felt the same, but I want to acknowledge that I want to be friends. I appreciate our friendship and don't want it to be anything more."
