Introduce yourself, ask how long she has been taking yoga classes, and some tips for you as a beginner. If she answers with enthusiasm, ask her to go out for a coffee or a tea or something casual, so she can tell you more. If her answers are kind of “dry” just say thanks and go away. Don’t act like a jerk, make strong eye contact and approach her when people still around. Don’t think she is super special, that makes it harder for you, remember she is a regular human being.

First …REALLY check your eye contact in this environment. Introduce yourself, ask about the class - tips and anything related to even gauge her interest. (and try not to fart during sessions ) <—— this is why I don’t do yoga.

if you're having trouble talking to strangers, do yourself a solid and go out to clubs n events. just get to the point where you have absolutely no problem talking to strangers, then get to a point where you're fine being open and honest with women.
