Well your post is very broad but you can't care what others think and you can't filter what you want to say
Being more toned down than others is fine but thinking you're inferior to others is not fine. Now you didn't mention inferiority but I'm just sharing concepts

I would focus on keeping great posture and using good body language. Listen to people when they speak, that way you’re contributing some sort of value to the interactions and can chime in here and there. When you do speak, sound good, and make it interesting. The fact that you’re saying less will do wonders. The people that are often shouting out red flags to women, while you will be having them wonder about you. The mystery will draw them in. You will also naturally look less self absorbed, which is attractive.
Now if you’re quiet, BUT have bad body language, and when you speak you fumble your words, then it looks bad and that’s a whole different thing.
