Don't vote me down because I disagree with some of this:

Get her to talk about her passions - or what ever makes her feel passion for something on a physical level. Once you discover what that is, then it's a simple link to say "wouldn't it be great to be able to feel all those things for a guy?". If the woman isn't talking then, yes, you'll have to do the leg work and describe these feelings to her.
Emotions: yes, but what emotions do you want her to feel? I'll go first : attraction, curiosity, anticipation, lust, horniness, flirtatiousness, desire. Then you have to find a way to incorporate all those feelings into your conversation.
Agreed. This is more readily done by describing a process of what happens physically when someone feels these emotions. Describe the emotional process, and she'll follow right along.
Focus on a deep voice with sexy tonality. If you sound like Pee-Wee Herman you'll put her off.
Noisy bars are basically impossible unless you hang around the quietest place in the room. You have a better chance of being physical first and gauging interest from that - before moving to a quieter place.
You never want to interview a woman. The point of you even talking is to push her into emotional states. Taking about facts is one way to bore her to tears. Plus, the less she knows about you the better.
The trick here is to use time distortion: (e.g. "imagine a time in the future, years from now, remembering how great meeting this guy was?"). It's sneaky in so far as you talk about a future that hasn't happened yet and are telling her what to feel about the present already!
More than just figuring out what conversational branches to go off, rather listen to what her key words are when talking about feelings, and getting her to describe her internal processes of what happens when she feels a certain feeling. Then you can re-insert these back into the conversation at a later point to build rapport and a feeling of connection.

Personally, when I have been so broke that I could not pay attention and having awesome sex with a pleasing female there was a feeling of, “is this all that there is?”
