Hey so the truth is that women for the most parts are the same all over the world. There are some cultural differences here and there, but 99% of the time you will find that women are just women. They essentially respond to the same things, confidence, strength, sense of humour, fun et cetera. If you can have a great time, enjoy the feeling of being in your own skin, and also show a willingness to learn about their own culture and a genuine appreciation for it, you will be exactly fine this is coming from an English man who is currently overseas.

Just compared to British women or European Women in general? I am going to be in the states for a few weeks in a few month fo the first time and although I am not here for dating I am thinking of trying to approach some women to improve me self confidence with gaming in a foreign language. My mother tongue is German so gaming in English would step up the difficulty a lot and that's good. But how are Western Europeans are perceived in big cities like New York City. Are there some fellow Europeans here in that sub that had some good or not so good experiences when gaming as a European in the states?

I'm gonna be in Panama and Colombia for work in a few months and not sure what to expect.

If you can't get laid in Latin America, then you can't get laid anywhere.
The US is (and always has been) extremely sexually awkward. In LatAm, people maintain a much healthier and positive attitude. YMMV but I always had sex on the first date with no resistance.
Keep in mind that many white guys go to these relatively poor places and just flash money. That will certainly work, but don't mistake it for "game." The racist stereotype that Latina women just want a green card is absurd, but if that's the angle that you push, then of course you will only attract women who want you for your wallet.
Women are basically the same everywhere. The same techniques that work here will work in South America, only better. Have fun.
