Your communication skills won't develop unless you talk to people. Your lifestyle sounds pretty quiet. Start doing things that give you regular opportunities for conversations.
I'm guessing this is a problem that's been brewing for many years. It won't be fixed overnight.

I had always been in a all boys group since school. I took science stream in 11th grade which is almost all boys. Like 3 girls in class of 50. Then I took engineering which is overall 90% men. Now I've a remote job so have no colleagues let alone females. I'm trying to meet women by going out on weekends.

Right on. My experience was fairly similar. You'll need to put a lot of effort into building your social life and not just on weekends, not just women.
Join some service clubs, volunteer places, join bowling teams. Whatever you can do to surround yourself with people outside of work. It'll be a multi-year process, so don't judge your progress purely by women.

Read books bt communication/ psy Watch alphas on movies/series Emphasis your strengths and correct your weaknesses ( you'd have to be as honest as possible with yourself) ask your circle for feedback ( family/collègues) Commit to a sport / don't go more than 3 days without a sweat And be yourself: just say your thoughts outloud respectfully and directly Accept your are what U are and start growing from today Ez

I never been able to find myself. I think of myself as "A" person but my actions seems to show I'm a "B" person. My family thinks I'm "C". Close friends think I'm "D". People who personally know me think I'm "E". Women I talk to think I'm "F". Strangers think I'm "G"
In short different people have different perception about me so I don't know who I'm
But I know what I want to be and on my path to be that

You have to start talking to people more. This sub often makes people think talking to girls is some super complicated formula with push pulls, responding to shit tests and whatever else but it really boils down to just being able to have a regular ass conversation with a woman without being a creepy weirdo and making your intentions known. The building block for talking to women is being able to talk to people in general, so make small talk, get good at it, and then transfer the skills to the opposite sex.
I can talk to women but I'm unable to build attraction. I can pull but pushing is difficult as different girls have different pressure points. My personality doesn't stand out to get their attention

Hey there buddy,
Step1 is to review your assumptions.
Being complimented or not is not the be all and end all.
Sometimes people give compliments because they are just being nice, or seeking to get complimented.
You have a personality that is unique to you, some people will appreciate it, and some will not appreciate it. Regardless if they tell you or not.
What's important is for you to appreciate being yourself.
It seems though, there may be confidence and self esteem issues.
Maybe that's something to look into.
