You need to get to know her and find out how much she can get you to like her, so you need to test her, evaluate her, see if she is good enough for you, ask her questions to see if manages to impress you with her answers, to see if she has a sense of humour, or is quick witted… And you need to flirt with her tell her you think she is cute, and that she makes you crazy, tell her she is different

If youre just looking to meet new people. Say whatever you want. There is no failure since all youre doing is chatting
However. If youre looking to get numbers. Dates. Girlfriends. No amount of conversation skills matters to change a girls level of interest. Although thats not entirely true, thinking your conversation matters is just bad tactics. And you should re frame from ever thinking that way. It sets unrealsitic expectations and its toxic to your mental health
