If you don't at least love yourself, then there may be a time in your life where nobody did.
You might want to reframe your idea of "loving yourself" though. Its more like being in a relationship with yourself. Treat yourself as well as you would treat someone you were dating. I "love myself" by watching out for my health, for example, and buying good food. I do things that make me happy and/or that I enjoy.
"Loving yourself" is not being infatuated or having those elated feelings whenever you see a woman who looks so good that you can't get stop thinking about her. It's being kind to yourself and knowing yourself better than anyone else does, and will.

You don't have to have look good to be arrogant. Trust me, you don't want to be that type of person. There's also a fine line between arrogance and confidence that people sometimes have trouble differentiating. Women in particular seem to be terrible at teĺling the difference between arrogance and confidence from our point of view.
Furthermore, there shouldn't be any arrogance with loving yourself, or anyone for that matter. If there is, you might want to examine what this "love" actually is, because it doesn't sound like love at all. It sounds more like envy, which is a totally different conversation altogether.

Self love is unconditional. You love yourself because you choose to not because you measure up to some standard or condition that you have created.

Some people are unlovable and will never be loved (or find love). Just a fact of life.

i got girls tryna come to my house ask whether i live by myself i get girls invite me to clubs ofcourse never went because i wasnt alowed even if i was chances are i wouldnt go. a girl wanted to hop on my scooter and telling me to take here to the club she's either a gold digger, she want to get to the club before her friends because i seen her with her friends or she wants validation ofcourse i never took her to the club.
Girls tryna seduce me for validation probabley because my clothes look expensive. Like they even stick there backs and tweak to get my attention happened mutiple time. i know they are not into me only doin it for validation. Girls meassgae me too much for validation i feel like dats all validation they talk on phone for validation or out of pitty or just out of boredom. i had friends that used me for money and friends dat had empathy (rare)towards me but nothing geuine thats why i stoped trying to make friends because nothing genuine. its either my clothes look expensive or girls feel bad for me or a dare or something

Look past the superficial and start loving yourself. I’m one to talk but who gives a FUCK what people think they can’t stop you from achieving your goals then looks won’t even matter. You know why? Because value matters more. Looks fade, value endures.

I can understand why you feel that way in our superficial social-media-obsessed age, but I can assure you, that your view is distorted. I don't doubt good looks boost your social success, but Imho you probably lack social skills and got stuck in your head. So, instead of socialising you got obsessed with looks and rationally analysing social situations.
Once you get out of your head and start participating authentically in social situations you also will make friends. Most of the friend groups, that seems so important when you are young, will dissolve, as people start focusing on their jobs more. In younger years superficial popularity correlates with social success. But above the age of 25 anyone who is willing to put the work in can have many friends.
mentalhealth and looks have a great correlation
You overlook that the this correlation also goes in the opposite direction. When people develop mental illnesses their looks go down. Looks is not only your genetics, but also: grooming, behaviour, vibe, 'energy', fitness
Lets assume your theory were true. Even then you could have a social circle and partner. They would just looks similar to yourself.
