Clapping IS weird, I feel like a seal when I do it. I find it helps to externalize myself to those experiences, it keeps me out of my head. If I clap my hands, then I’m not enjoying clapping. But if instead I “make a sound”, instead of wanting to clap, I clap to make the sound. And the act of clapping ain’t so bad anymore because it’s what is needed to make a clap sound

You dont need to smile 24/7 but when you're making your approach and making that first impression you need to smile. You need to project good energy, show her you're laid back and having a good time show her you like her.
Ah I got that, I smile when I’m nervous or excited. I’m just saying that people rarely see me smile 😆

Bro trust me I smile less than a corpse and it really shows when you go and approach a woman. She just fucking looks at your face and walk past you. Been trying to smile especially during the opener and letting her that I'm friendly instead of just walking with a stone cold face and facing rejections that could have been turned into relationships if I had just smiled.
