You want to get to setting up a meeting as soon as possible. Within the first 10-15 messages you should already begin to lead the conversation towards meeting up. You can make if sound less like an interview by using more statements than questions and add funny GIFs to go along with the things you ask or say, or as a response to her replies. Engage in witty banter and show personality.
