College parties are overrated. Bunch of people standing around drinking, and talking about life. Yeah, you might meet a girl and take her home, but the biggest “chads” I knew rarely got laid from these parties.
Most of the hooking up at the parties is basically some grinding and a quick make out session before her friends pull her away from you. A lot of the girls you meet at these parties revolve their whole personality around blacking out drunk every weekend. Don’t want to sound like an incel, but I found this incredibly annoying and unattractive. This was the case even if I just wanted to sleep with them.
I went to a party SEC school, and it’s not really like the movies portray college life. Like I said, the overall experience is overrated, but I think you should at least go to one or two. This is so you don’t feel like you “missed out.” Don’t get me wrong, I had fun in college, and got my numbers up, but most of the girls I hooked up with I met in classes or clubs. Have to give an honorable mention to Bumble as Tinder as well.

College parties USED to be like the movies....now alot of guys you see that do get laid in the parties....are men who already knew the women so keep that in mind. I would recommend you do your pursuing outside of the parties....too many distractions, competition, eyes on the female....etc. You'd do better just walking around campus and moving like that. You don't want the reputation of thirsty on campus..... especially when you have 4 years to go lol

If you build your life around movies, you're gonna have a bad time.
If you want to get laid, you need to learn how to approach, flirt and escalate kino. Period. There is no other way.
Alcohol can help to reduce your anxiety slightly if you use it just right, but that's a really hard balancing act. Most rookies drink enough to erase their anxiety, turning themselves into a sloppy mess that isn't attractive to anybody. There are no quick fixes.
tl;dr: Stop hoping for a magical future where dating is suddenly easier. Start putting in the work to increase your skills.

Don’t rely on college parties, just work on your own people skills. Could be that, for me it was various sales jobs. Gotta come out of your shell somehow though. Then you can find girls pretty much anywhere
