Join the school clubs if there are any. Attend the sporting events. And just hang out in the common dining hall areas. Just hang out on campus general. It’ll happen. Women want to meet guys too.

If you live that close from the campus you could just spend time there between your classes or on your free time, reading a book, listening to music, doing homework in the benches.
