Accept it. Sleep it off, wake up with a goal to work on your mental health. Cut off contact for now and date other girls. When you’re ready, and if you’d like, you can reinitiate friendship.

Im not willing to be friends unless I can at least get some benefits. I agreed to just friends though and that was a mistake

Be happy you got to share a nice time together. Maybe you two can hook up every now and then when y’all are in the same city together. But I would forget about her and look for women in your own city. Seriously, she dumped you and dated your friend?! I know that’s in the past… and you should leave it there. Clearly you’re not over that hurt. Anyone that would do that just ain’t worth it. Move on.

Would a slightly dramatic end over the phone hurt chances to hook up w her in the future?
Nothing bad was said, but it wasn’t a fun lighthearted convo

Who cares?! What’s said was said and that’s that. Done. If you’re in her city again just hit her up and let the cards fall where they may. Otherwise, forget about her, completely, and instead focus on yourself and pick up some hotties in your city.
