She won't go with you alone man you got to rebuild trust with her

That's the thing, I don't know if she would, she's suggested hanging alone before but I don't know if that's just trying to be nice and act like we cool.
How can I build trust with her?

She suggested it? Then definitely ask her to hang out just you two.

Yes but it was all abstract stuff in the future, no solid plans. The closest was a hang out with my buddies which I invites her and our common friend to join. When the common friend ducked, she seemed to duck too, but then a little later said she might come without him. But it never happened as the common friend kept changing his mind about coming or not coming and it got late and I guess she kept switching between deciding to come with her car or get a ride with him.. So she said another time.
So Idk. If I take her at her word, then she d be down, but part of me thinks there's still unresolved tension that lead her to not agree.

Just ask her and find out. Why are you so worried? If she says no then build up trust. If she says yes then you are good. You don't know unless you ask.

Take it easy and keep it chill, you asking her to hang out with just the two of you will just put unnecessary pressure. As the other guy said, rebuild that trust with her.

Thing is hanging with that common friend isn't even an option anymore. Should I just suggest hanging along side her or my friends to reduce the pressure.

As long as she’s comfortable with your friends, why not?
[–]2udaylatif 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
No
No to what?
If you want to hang out just you and her then ask her. Don't try and soften it with your friends or whatever.
I do want to hang just us, but I m not sure she's ready.
You have to ask to find out. If she isn't ready then ask for a friends meet up.
Ask her to hang out. She might think differently of you just by you asking to hang out. Maybe she doesnt think you are interested because of your fights in the past. Asking her out might surprise her.
