Fun thing to do sometimes is just turn your phone on airplane mode and take the day off from society.
You can still check shit on your computer/sites, but you don't have to deal with the bullshit of leaving people on read/wondering about notifications/etc.
It's also interesting to see how long you can go before you wanna check your phone or actually NEED to. Kind of makes you reflect on whether you're a needy bitch or not.
