No idea about that first girl... You met her at her appartment? Was it a party she was hosting? There's no context so I have no clue about what happened...
The second one, was the sex good? Did you treat her the same way after sex? I guess not really, since you didn't talk anymore, but did you send her anything after sex? Maybe she's having a bit of buyers remorse because now that you got sex you ghosted her or something?

We chatted a bit after she left (the second girl) . I didn't really change my style of chatting after that. tbh im kinda disappointed with sex as a thing. About the first girl i've found her at Tinder-like app in Russia. And then she invited me to her appartment to have some time together. It was she and I, no one more. At the beginning we we're talking as usual, then she got kinda cold. At the time I gotta leave, she started to flirt around and being all active. She somehow convinced me to do a massage. We talked a bit and I left. After that she is ghosting me.

First girl was just after a hookup, she got bored of small talk and wanted you to be a man and escalate the sexual tension. She had to do it herself by offering a massage. Wasn't clear if you had sex or not but the massage was her invitation to get your hands on her body and escalate from there. She ghosted because you didn't excite her enough.
Second girl it's hard to tell. Maybe she didn't feel any chemistry, maybe the sex wasn't the best, maybe she has other guys lined up.
Good thing is your meeting up with these girls, keep doing your thing and learn from your mistakes/successes

Good point While being with first girl I was thinking every second about "being brave and go sexual" or "hold your hands". As Im not a lot of time into developing myself as a man and kinda of " Redpiller" The second thought won. I was always scared about if i go sexual and she starts to shout and rejecting me. I guess was too pussy

Don't worry about it. Most women have absolutely insane ideas about men, relationships, and don't know what they want, and honestly if they don't feel it at that moment they kind of sort of hate you and are hostile to you. I wouldn't reach out and I'd move on. Maybe they were just hoping for someone wealthier?
