I am not familiar with fraternities, as we don't have them in Greece. Also read books about communication and body language. Learn to decode the messages and read people. This will help you in life and business. Feel confident and go straight on the girls.

You said the solution yourself: Join a fraternity, student clubs, and common interest groups.
Make an effort to ask people out to do fun stuff with you and take pictures. You don't necessarily need to post the photos on social media, but you can show it to new women you meet if what you did recently comes up in conversation.
Joining the leadership for student clubs is also a great way to get have a tight knit group of friends to have fun with.

I mean, you can do all this and still not even get a date in college. Its really just a crapshoot more than anything.
