nope, still no posts. Edit. I have gotten quite a few messages that follow these lines. "Personally, I have 'requested' to be approved over 2 weeks ago, can't post or reply at all until / if that's accepted. I also messaged the mods weeks ago and got no response. Would you mind mentioning in the announcement thread that this is what's happening? There's hundreds of people viewing the sub at any time and no one has any permission to post." Im sure there is something going on behind the scenes but…

What happened to this sub? What are the alternatives we can go to?

Thats where I struggle. No matter what I do, I only give off friend vibes. If I try to come across that I dont need a girl, then they dont even notice my existence.
/r/seduction01/11/22 05:31 AM
2

So some people tell me to approach as much as possible, and others say not to chase?
/r/seduction01/11/22 12:29 AM

so what am I supposed to do? Get rid of my dream of having a family? Just so I can be even more happy with my life?

From my first comment - Girls will usually say that they "arent interested" if its a cold approach. And say that they dont see me that way if we have know of each other for a bit (example being a friend of a friend).

It would help. I was saying that I dont know why im not seen as a sexual partner.

I think I live one hell of a life as it is. And while I feel complete in my life, I still want to have a wife and kids. You just cant be fully complete if that's your goal like mine. But yes, I have a fulfilling life, I just feel that i am ready to share it with someone. I go out to meet people, without any outcome in mind.
/r/seduction30/10/22 07:10 PM

Thanks. I have played the numbers game. I just have yet to find one girl who is interested. However, I should be getting a huge string of girls soon if what you say is true. I just need one yes, and it will make the hundreds of rejections worth it.

Would it help if you understood the primary reasons you think you're being rejected, since it is unclear to me?

Im 24 and have only hugged a girl once or twice and have nothing but constant romantic rejection. Ill run through your list. Yes I know that beauty is common, but where? I rarely see girls I am attracted to when I am out and about. I am very self driven with my passions so I feel that I have that down. Done, I am in amazing shape. I try to take advantage of things. From traveling solo at 19, to taking a new job in another state after college. To pushing my boundarys in my interests. I like being…

Why would you think I am on the spectrum. Im not.
/r/seduction28/10/22 12:13 AM

I lived in a city for 6 years through college and hated every second of it

I had to look up the surfer look. Unfortately I don't live anywhere near the ocean and likely never will. Only been a few times in my life. I have long hair now but I mostly wear flannels and jeans since I work in the woods and spend my weekends and the cliimbing crag, ski slopes or in the woods hunting.
/r/seduction27/10/22 01:52 PM
3

Interesting. I had to look that up. I can see it. But I think a surfer boy in rural montana would raise some questions. I mean I live in a log cabin and hunt and stuff. Im terrified of water and have only been to the ocean a few times in my life. I mean, I work out daily. I burn instead of tan, and my style is Pendleton's and ranching type clothes since I work in the woods.

what are attractive and desirable stereotypes? For me, I am your typical outdoorsy guy. I struggle immensely with girls. This type obviously doesnt work but it is who I am and I dont know if I can change myself
/r/seduction27/10/22 04:10 AM

again what do I change about myself?
/r/seduction27/10/22 12:55 AM

I just wouldnt feel right doing that, being deceptive and all. I also dont know what I would adjust. I feel pretty good looking as it is. Unless you have some ideas? Also as a guy I have no idea what makes a guy attractive.

I did that and didnt get any matches

Where in that post do I express a hatred to girls because I am single?
/r/seduction26/10/22 04:53 AM
6

not for some of us. For me, I literally can not find a girl attractive right away. For whatever reason, I have never seen a girl and thought "she is cute". I always think "I wonder what she is like". Then only sometimes if we have been friends for a while ill wake up and feel attracted to her. I have been 100% platonic friends with a girl for years and then was attracted to her randomly one day.

https://www.zippia.com/advice/millionaire-statistics/ 8.8% of people are millionaires. the average age is 57. by these stats, only 8.8% of guys are above average? How does that math work out?
/r/seduction13/10/22 03:28 AM
7

lol. Very few people are multi millionaires. Are you trying to tell me that only guys who are retired and sitting on 50 years of investments are the only guys who are above average?
/r/seduction13/10/22 03:21 AM
4

no, and unless every star in the universe aligns, I dont think I ever will be. Money is not a concern for me.
/r/seduction13/10/22 03:02 AM

Its possible. You can do everything "right" per say, but just have bad luck and not see results.
/r/seduction13/10/22 12:38 AM

I certainly dont think I am an average guy. I believe that I am above average. And while I generally have a good headspace, I still start to wonder from time to time if Im still not enough... Though, I agree that you should never put someone on a pedestal.
/r/seduction13/10/22 12:37 AM
2

Exactly. I think highly of myself and the sorts. like the original guy posted, but after a life of rejection with no success, you have to start to wonder if something is wrong.
/r/seduction13/10/22 12:34 AM

exactly. I am 6'2" according to reddit, I am super mega chad. Height isnt a game changer like people say it is.
/r/seduction13/10/22 12:31 AM

Thanks. I know logically that I will eventually meet a girl who is insterested in me and is attracted to me. Statistically it should happen soon since I have asked out easily over a hundred girls and none have been yet.
/r/seduction10/10/22 12:05 AM
1

I mean, yeah. Thats a given considering my lack of success. Im tall and in shape so id like to think Im average, and not hideously ugly though. But there are pics of me in my profile if you want to take a look

Lets go through the list. Ill elaborate. This is what I wore yesterday. Haircut and facial hygiene is on point. Sporting a man bun usually. Top outerwear - REI synthetic zip hoodie, green. top - red Pendleton flannel - Wool. top inner - light grey tee - eddie bauer synthetic Bottoms - Tan jeans - clean, no rips. Shoes - wolverine 1000 mile boots - old style leather boots (other shoes i have are romeos or nike running shoes) accessories? I have never owned a watch. If I wear a hat, its a typical …

I would tend to agree with your list. I have experienced a vast majority of #3 responses. A few #2, and a few #4. The number 4s have all become really good friends, but weren't in a place at the time of the approach to want to date. Or were in a relationship already. And yes, I am developing skills and hobbies. I am getting into mountaineering more, spending more time at climbing clubs. And I recently have been trying out mountain biking.
/r/seduction09/10/22 09:31 PM

ok so is a tux or a 3 piece suit needed now? Whats wrong with jeans, flannel, and a nice pair of boots?
/r/seduction09/10/22 07:36 PM
1

Thanks. I could easily be missing signs. I tend to look for things like eye contact, laughing at bad jokes, playing with hair, proximity etc. I see girls give these signs to other guys all the time, Its laughable at how oblivious most guys are. I just never see them for myself. I am 6'2" and dress nice. I get out but like I said, while I see the signals to other guys, never towards me. But i could be missing them. Whenever I have tried slight escalation in the past, it has been not well received…
/r/seduction09/10/22 06:39 PM

That makes sense. I get out and live life. I put myself out there. But I totally get that theres very few options left. Especially as a Christian looking for a Christian girl. I have missed the boat when everyone else go married already. On one hand it sucks that I missed my chance, but on the other, I have one hell of a life that I love, so I dont need a girl to feel complete.

at what age is it too late to catch up though?
/r/seduction09/10/22 04:21 PM

Im not the best looking guy. I dont get signs of interest from girls. How can you escalate if you never get any signs?
/r/seduction09/10/22 04:20 PM
3

So I have quite a few of those traits, and I still struggle with girls? I ask girls out, I am confident in who I am. I have plenty of girl friends. I am well liked socially. I dress well. I try to be bold but that usually doesnt work Yet I am constantly the friend as girls simply dont see me that way.
/r/seduction09/10/22 04:18 PM

How can you get a realistic view of your attractiveness? Friends obviously say I'm attractive. Is it by the girls who are interested in you? because if thats the case, does having no girls interested in you mean your the most unattractive person ever?

I live in the suburbs of a 250k city/metro area. I grew up in a town of 8k and went to college in a city of 60k. I understand bigger means more opportunity, but my biggest worry is finding work in a huge city. Plus the extreme cost of living.
/r/seduction18/09/22 03:42 AM
2

I work out, yes. I am active in church and bible study groups. I can build a friendship easily, but there seems to be very few single girls who would be interested in me here, hence my question on moving.
/r/seduction17/09/22 10:16 PM
2

I graduated from university in 2021. I didnt join a frat due to the cost, but had lots of friends in frats who got me into lots of parties. I had no shortage of meeting girls in college. rest assured, Miami is the last place I would move to. Theres nothing for me in Miami. I was thinking of looking into Denver, Salt Lake City, Bozeman, Aspen, or even seattle. Theres a better chance I could find work there. Plus my hobbies are there. If I go back to school it would be for a grad program.
/r/seduction17/09/22 10:12 PM
1

Splitting the difference is what I am aiming to do now. But im not sure if my city is large enough. I will look for jobs outside of seattle as an idea. thanks. I am active in church and have a good community. Younger crowd? yes. Younger crowd of singles? no. It seems I have likely missed my chance.

How important dating is to me. Its hard to have a real answer. On one hand I can obviously live life without ever dating. I have done 24 years, whats another 50 or so years? But on the other hand I am extremely lonely and I would love to experience romance at least once. I would love to get married and have kids. I enjoy where I live. I have very outdoorsy hobbies and oregon suits them well. However, I am also a christian and I live in a very non religious area. I can move to the mountain states…

/r/seduction29/08/22 03:56 AM

no. If I waited for a girl to show signs that she was into me, I would never approach. I have learned that I just have to go for it to get the rejection over with so I can go on with my life without wondering "what if"

unfortunatly big cities dont have the jobs I want. I work in forestry and theres not many lumber mills in manhattan.

I was just describing the type of girl Im attracted to. Think the girl next door type. Im not attracted to models. I apologize if that sounds bad or anything, because I dont mean it that way. Yeah, Im a logical person and its very hard for me to let go and have fun. It usually requires me to be VERY close to the people im around. Like lifelong friends sort of thing. My closest friends tell me that I can come across as two different types of people. What I mean is this. I have a good girl friend …

I live in the PNW. I meet girls through my hobbies. Climbing, mt biking, skiing etc. Also the occasional party where I meet friends of friends.
/r/seduction05/08/22 01:12 AM

I know what to look for and girls just dont give me signals. As with most friends even, I have to put forth all the work. Girls never just approach me or want to chat with me like they do with my guy friends. I have also asked my girl friends if I am missing signals and they say that they dont notice girls checking me out either. Who Knows, Maybe im just super oblivious.
/r/seduction05/08/22 01:11 AM
1

Maybe, I have asked my girl friends if I am just oblivious and they say that they dont notice any girls giving me sign. Maybe they are also not picking up on things? Other than that, I dont notice the obvious stuff like playing with hair, laughing at my bad jokes, etc. I truly feel invisible to girls.
/r/seduction05/08/22 01:09 AM
2

Fair enough, I do work out, but my fitness goals must not be what is required to attract girls. Which I find odd since other people who look like me are able to attract girls?
/r/seduction04/08/22 04:58 AM
3

I believe life should be a balance. Id rather not sacrifice my life to approach hundreds of girls a month. Besides, wouldnt I get a reputation of being desperate, or even run out of girls to ask?
/r/seduction04/08/22 04:57 AM
1

um, I do work out. I am currently working towards weighted one arm pull ups.
/r/seduction04/08/22 04:25 AM
2

You can look at my profile to see what I look like. I tend to chat with and ask out plain average girls. Looks fade, Id rather have a connection. Im not expecting anything in a girl that I myself can not match.
/r/seduction04/08/22 04:17 AM
2

Lets talk about time and math for a second. I generally work from 5 am to 4 pm. Usually in bed by 10 pm. That leaves 6 hours a day. I have a house and chores that come with it. that takes up several nights a week. I work out a lot so while that does take up time, its often at the climbing gym. Weekends I also have time but I am usually doing hobbies and such. So if I get out and be social 3 times a week, I am doing good. then it takes time to build a connection with a girl and get to know her. I…
/r/seduction04/08/22 04:16 AM

I currently try to ask out one girl a week. Like tonight at the climbing gym, I chatted with a girl for a bit who Ive seen there often. asked her if she would like to meet up to climb sometime and she said that she wasnt interested.
/r/seduction04/08/22 03:15 AM
2

I do that and girls just arent interested in me that way.
/r/seduction04/08/22 03:14 AM
2

so as someone who has never gotten a girls number despite trying for years, I am not sure if I can adopt the abundance mentality the same way as you. Yours stems from having success and stuff. AKA, you know that girls are interested in you. I dont have that. Thanks for the help, however, I will have to find a different way to have that mindset.
/r/seduction04/08/22 02:38 AM

ok, and how do I market myself?
/r/seduction04/08/22 02:35 AM

what makes you think I'm insecure? Also what about that is trying too hard? Im just a put together adult?
/r/seduction04/08/22 02:34 AM

what if you do all that? I personally truly believe that a girl would be lucky to have me. I live one hell of a life, but I still am struggling to develop an abundance mentality since I have always been rejected.
/r/seduction03/08/22 11:49 PM
2

so how can you develop an abundance reality if you struggle to get it going? I seem to be like the guy your replying to, having never had a date, a kiss, any romantic experience, only rejection etc. you say that you wouldnt mind if a girl left your life? Cool? I dont mind if I get rejected. I live my life as if I dont need a girl to make my life complete. Is that the mindset that your looking to have?
/r/seduction03/08/22 11:48 PM

What if you do all that and women havent come yet? Not discounting you, because that is good advice for someone who doesnt do any of that. However, me? I would totally date myself. I have never claimed to be perfect but I fit a lot of what you describe. Healthy body? - Yep Dress well? I believe so. Growth mindset - sure. Im 24 and I have most of those. Im confident and funny. Ive been told that I vibe with any group. I am direct and to the point. I think I am conventionally attractive and I have a large social circle. I am far from perfect, I am still working on getting better at smooth talking. I also tend to be a more serious person. However, having those traits is no means a guarantee for success. Like, me, I have those traits and I have yet to have any success.

Feel free to dm and ask any questions. But the general gist of it is, I try to be friendly and get to know her as a person. I try to do what you say but the result is the same. she just doesnt see me that way.

Ive done that, both guys and girls. Everyone says im doing nothing wrong. I meet girls in natural places, say a foot ball game tailgate. Strike up a conversation, express interest, flirt a bit, she flirts back, I ask for drinks or a number and she says "sorry but I dont see you that way"

/r/seduction17/07/22 05:24 PM

are outdoorsy hobbies considered sexy? Stuff like trail running, climbing, skiing, hunting etc?
/r/seduction17/07/22 03:07 AM

Ive seen that video and I mimic what he does, but it still comes across as fake since I am unable to be fully comfotable around others until I have known them for a very long time and we are very close freinds. For example, by best girl friends and I flirt with each other all the time, but they only see me as friends because I took too long to be comfortable since I am broken.

The thing is, I do all that and I still havent found any girl who has been attracted to me? I am in very good shape, I dress nice, I have a career (or as much of one you can have at 24), I am very social and I live an interesting life. Yet nothing...

That makes sense. if it truly is a brain thing that is wrong with me, how am I ever supposed to feel loved or be in a non platonic relationship? What changes need to be made? Also, why do you mention autism? Im not on the spectrum, Im just a very logical person.
/r/seduction16/07/22 04:24 AM

I logically understand that attraction isnt a choice but I still cant understand why or reason why it is that girls arent attracted to me.

How can you combat this? This list is nearly spot on for me (not really 5 or 6, but close enough otehrwise) and I know and understand this weakness. I am a robot pretty much. Look up istj personality. I try to flirt and be more emotionally in tune and try to attract through emotions, but girls tell me that it comes across as faked and thats a turn off to them. I have tried therapy for years with no success.

Honestly no.... a bit of backstory. I was that awkward loner in high school and for the first year of college. at 19 I decided I needed to change. I dont like this advice. When be yourself doesnt work people will turn around and tell you that you need to change something in order to see success. By the end of the year my goal is to get a phone number or a match on a dating app. I have never gotten either so I feel that is a pretty respectable goal. If I am lucky enough to get that, 2023 my goal will be to go on a date.

Im in a midsized city in the PNW USA. I had tried platinum for several months and changed my location to the largest city in the area (Seattle), LA, the south, NYC, and even thailand for a bit. Nothing. I wasnt shadowbanned since a friend told me she saw me.
/r/seduction09/05/22 04:14 AM

Yeah my body fat is easily less than 10 percent. By phenomenal shape, here are some examples. Today I ran a half marathon in just over 1:30 just because i felt like it. I can do a one arm pull up off on 2 fingers. I have a 6 packish (too skinny for a real 6 pack). My best photofeeler was a 9.7 and that was my leading pic on dating apps.
/r/seduction09/05/22 03:47 AM

When I had dating profiles, I had pics taken by a professional. and I am in phenomenal shape, so im not sure what else I can do?

Maybe thats why I have never had a match before?
/r/seduction09/05/22 01:49 AM

What if only guys hit on you?
/r/seduction08/05/22 09:53 PM

Photofeeler is a joke, people just want validation so they say very attractive to everyone. Hell, I average 8-9 and I am nowhere near that level of attractiveness.
/r/seduction08/05/22 09:52 PM
1

Maybe, I try to go for girls who I think I would be naturally compatible with and would get along with and share interests with.
/r/seduction08/05/22 12:10 AM

fair enough. your in miami. I am in the land of hipsters and flannels. I get compliments on my style every time I go out. It works for me. Suits wont work for me. I dont want to spend hundreds on something that is opposite of who I am.
/r/seduction05/05/22 05:12 AM
1

Thanks I will look into that youtube info. I seriously dont think you understand about the suit. I WILL get rejected faster if I wear a suit. I can count on one hand the number of times I have even seen someone in a suit. I have never even worn a tie. I dont even own slacks. fancy to me is leather boots, jeans or tan pants, and a Pendleton.
/r/seduction05/05/22 04:20 AM
1

How About just nice clothes. I dont want to buy a suit just for approaching. Plus no one wears suites in my area. its nice shoes, a nice flannel or button up, and nice pants. Pacific northwest isnt super formal. Also what is kino attraction. There isnt really anything when I look it up. kiss close as quickly as possible - sounds like a harassment charge
/r/seduction05/05/22 03:31 AM
1

I understand what your saying and I can have a fun flirty conversation with most people I approach. My friends say I should be having much better success. Yet its the same results every time. "Your a great guy, but sorry, I am just not attracted to you" Its the same thing if I build a connection instead of cold approaching.
/r/seduction04/05/22 04:17 AM
1

I really dont think you understand how often I get rejected. Take last saturday. I went to a popular spot in my city near a college campus and did 20 or so approaches. Got rejected each time. I am not sure if a drinking card game would help me due to more volume.
/r/seduction04/05/22 03:36 AM

So the biggest thing with me is self confidence. I have low self confidence because I have no reason to have any I think. As you said, "Every time we drive—and we live to tell the tale—we become a little more confident in ourselves as a driver. We have gained evidence that driving is not dangerous." Take this to dating. Putting yourself out there should Increase confidence as you learn that its ok, and you learn that you can be successful. That idea works if you have success to be confident abou…

Yeah, I have a very physically demanding job and I am super active. I eat 4 eggs for breakfast each day and am still hungry. Frankly I would love to cut down to 150 from by current 160. That 10 extra pounds is slowing down and limiting my climbing and running.

Fair enough. most of the time my hair is pulled back and I wear flannels with jeans. I literally work out all the time. I can not put on muscle so I focus on endurance and lean ness. I was in a 6 month gym program in college and I lost weight at 4000 calories a day. Yesterday I went for a 5 mile run before work at a 6:00 pace. After work I climbed for 2 hours and did an hour of cross fit afterwards. I wil take your suggestions and ask a friend to go clothes shopping with me, as well as start wor…

I live in a midsized city in the PNW, roughly 250k people within 10 miles, not including 2 colleges. My last attempt was 4 months on hinge through the winter while paying for boost once a week and paying for unlimited likes. Again I got nothing. Ok cupid? Match? POF? all were dead or filled with people I am way too young for.

I go to pubs for the food with friends since I dont drink. I dont mind alcohol, just not for me. And I have sworn off apps after years of no matches whatsoever, not even likes. lol. I get what your saying, and your not the first to suggest it. Back when I was on tinder (I quit for mental health after 0 matches after 4 years), I tried the whole passport thing, even with boost in Bangkok I got no likes. Travel there? I am limited with vacation at this point in my career. And to quote Murray Head, "You'll find a god in every golden cloister And if you're lucky, then the god's a she"
/r/seduction28/04/22 04:19 AM

Oh I have tried different approaches. I play around, trying to find what works for me. I dont think I am outcome dependent. Certainly not for happiness. I have my own life and live it. I truly believe I am very close or as close as I can be to being the best version of myself. At 24 I have a solid career that I am starting, saving for a house, renting for now, a good friend group, I am please with my fitness level, and have hobbies that I am very invested into and very good at.

I have a good friend group and make new friends/ acquaintances easily. So I would assume that I have good social skills. I am being approachable to girls and flirty. I often time make a connection and go from there. last friday I was at a friends pub. After single handily winning trivia, I chatted with a girl who asked me how I know so much. I have kept track since September. 200 ish approaches. 180 ish quick rejections (aka ignored, or "no sorry") 15 slow rejections (flirting a bit, rejected when I asked for number or date) 5 ended up becoming friends. 0 dates, or romantic success. How can you start having a positive feedback loop. Since November when I started to try to get a date again (took some time off) I have been rejected maybe 50 times. All of whom were receptive and flirty up to the point I asked for contacts, a date, etc. At which point they turn cold and reject me. I am tall, white and approachable/attractive.

Other than that they just say that Id make a great husband to grow old with and your everything a girl could want, but they just dont want you and we dont know why that is.

I try and I can flirt with girls, But I am always told that I give off no sexual appeal despite what I do. I have also been told (by girls) that they (girls) assume that I am naturally good with girls since I can flirt and banter so easily with them. Literally no one assumes that I have no luck. I have even had a dating coach tell me that he is beyond confused since his thoughts were that I needed no help.

People IRL often say that you should look at the common denominator and seek to change it. My close girl friends tell me that who I am isnt what girls are attracted to and that I should change if I ever am to have a chance. Reddit has always told me to change everything about my dating app profiles when I post them for review. Even on this sub I see stuff like "be yourself" but they mean that only if being yourself is what people want.

I see what your saying, but I have tried being myself for years. Girls dont like who I currently am. At this point I ache with loneliness that I am willing to try anything to become someone who can pique the interest of any girl. Yes, that Includes changing the fundamentals of who I am. I havent touched a girl in 8 months and it was 8 years before that. I have tried giving up and doing what I want for several years, but that didnt work. At this point I have lost all standards and still strike ou…

OK I will give up that aspect of myself. Any other things I should change? I am super outdoorsy (like wake up at 1 am to climb a mountain), Is that also something that I should change in order to attract girls?

Well, girls openly flirt with me from time to time, everything can be going well up to the point I make a move at which point, she says she doesnt see me that way, depsite approaching me first and initiating the conversaion. Ive tried everything, being direct, taking things slow, focusing on myself with no intention of dating, putting myself out there. Everything has been tried it seems. Yet its the same thing, all rejections.

Yeah, its pretty easy to get that number. Like today I got rejected 4 or 5 times. I was skiing and ski lifts are a great low risk zone, chat about skiing, get to know each other, offer to show her a route on the way back down...

Find a hobby club around you. I am active in the local climbing community and was very active in that and the outdoor adventure program in college. I was 100% comfortable with everyone there and was 100% myself. I was/am involved in church groups as well. Still, I never met a girl who was interested in me. They always thought I was the weird quirky guy who people would go to when they needed tips or advice related to the outdoors.

Of course. However, girls dont like it when I am myself. I come across as very introverted until I get used to someone before I open up. Then girls tend to not like me when I open up.

So do you need to understand pop culture to not be boring? I have illegally hiked half dome to catch a sunrise I have stood face to face with a pissed off mother bear I have spent 3 weeks traversing rural northern california backpacking through late season storms and living on the snow. Probably 30 to 40 girls I asked for a number or to get coffee sometime. I dont drink so most bars are out of the question. I spend a lot of time at the climbing gym, or local sports pubs though. Night "gaming" is hard when you have to be up very early in the morning for work. Weekends? I go camping or getting away in the mountains or wo…

I understand fully what you are telling me. I dont know what to say then. I am broken biologically since I can't feel anything towards anyone until we are very close friends. I wish I knew how to fix that error in my biology/brain wiring. on top of that, as I mentioned, I can not think of a single time where someone I knew dated before they were close friends so I have that social wiring in me as well. That being said, I dont place any blame on girls who reject me. Either they are friends and do…

Its been a while since I have asked if they know of anyone who is single. Thanks for the idea, I will ask them that as well as personallized approach tips.

I fully recognise the first point, and I fully agree with you. I am working on broadening the areas of life where I am fully comfortable in. where I think I am coming from is every relationship I have ever witnessed in my life started from two really close friends and the friendhip evolved into a relationship. So coming from that background, I dont know what a "traditional" route to relationships is supposed to look like. I dont know anyone who started dating from an app, or a bar hookup, or eve…

apparently my friend didnt get your memo either. All I know is I have tried and they have all turned hugs down. Its not like they are avoiding me only, as they dont hug other guys in my friend group either.

Thanks. First things first. I rarely feel attraction to someone without knowing her first. Sure I can see a pretty girl but I am not often attracted. I appoach friendships as friendships. I do not enter a friendship with the intention of making something more out of it. If, after some time, I do start to develop feelings, I will make it known right away. How I do it depends on how good of friends we are. recent example- "I really enjoy hanging out with you, so what do you think of the idea of ca…

Thanks, I will take all that into consideration. I get out enough so I will start to try flirting when I am not comfortable with the person. I hate to use the term demisexual because I am not that, but I can relate to those people, if that makes sense. At this point, who cares about sex? I would just like to go on a date or maybe hug a girl again. (girl friends wont hug because they have boyfriends or they dont hug friends)

Before I graduated in June, probably 70% of the people I interacted with were girls. Now that I am out of school and working in a 100% male field, I generally interact with fewer people, but still outside of work is skewed towards more girls than guys. If I was to go camping with friends next weekend, out of say 6 or 7 people I invite, 4 would be girls.

23 - I have never even kissed a girl. Never been on a date. Never gotten a number in a non platonic setting. Got my first hug this last summer. Why? I am super slow to open up to people, and it takes a while for me to come out of my shell. By that time, girls only see me as a friend. Why dont I ask girls out sooner? It takes me forever to start to like someone. Its rare that I am attracted to a girl when I first meet her. I have asked girls out sooner, but I have a 100% rejection rate. I have al…

"Just be yourself" I have and I have never gotten a date. I am the type of person that girls want to marry and grow old with. Not date. being myself in this situation yields no results.

And if they dont/didn't? I did all of that and I never once met a girl who was interested in me.

at 23, I still seem a bit young for christian mingle and my friend who tried it said that I should just stick with my hinge account. as for sports, I am more into backcountry skiing, climbing and hunting and such, but I will look into an adult volleyball league since I played a bit in high school.

I am well aware of that. Unfortunately I dont do any sort of bar scene, my hobbies are male dominated (outdoors sports/model trains), everyone from church groups are in a relationship or married, and none of my friends know anyone who is single. So online dating is kinda all I have left to try it seems.

Great post. However, I am still stuck on step one. I have full confidence that my pics are the best that they can be, but they still arent enough for me to get a single like or match on any dating site.

I am here because I cant find a girl who sees me more than a friend. I can do everything right and flirt and try to make moves, but its always the same thing. "your a great attractive and funny guy, but I just dont see you that way, I am sure you will find a girl soon" It seems that I am just not the type of guy that girls are attracted to. I baffles my girl friends. They say that they are surprised I have never been on a date and I am always rejected. They try to set me up with their friends ju…

I know all the signs and can easily spot them when girls do it towards other guys. they just never give me any signs. The few times that they have gave me all the signs they just wanted to be friends and didnt see me that way.

I can but girls are never receptive to it so I dont since they dont show any sign that they are interested in me. OP and I seem to be in the same place where we do everything "Right" but girls still are not interested in us.
