Just talk about something she’s buying, inquiring about it and just feel free to talk about something you observed today or read online. It’ll show her you have your own view and your not scared to hare your thoughts on current event. But these are my wheelhouse. Use yours, music or whatever it is that would allow you to engage with something. Girls love men showing passion for whatever that is. But just be you and whatever your comfortable with. I would ask “hey what’s you name? I see you here”. And Just show her that your wanting. To put a name to her face. Your good bro

If she sits down and drinks coffee, just go up to her on your "break" or actual break.
