Once she passes you her number then call her in the night and leave it to anywhere from a 5-15 min talk no more. During the convo tell her “Idc we’re doing something this week/weekend” then set the spot for your meet at the time you want she agrees with. Usually what I am asked is something like "do you wanna move this conversation to Snapchat or Instagram" or "texting is easier, do you wanna exchange numbers". If I feel comfortable enough then I say yes and if I am not feeling the vibe then I say no and move on. I can't speak for all women but I do prefer exchanging my Snapchat over my cell number or Instagram (easier to block if they get creepy or weird).

When the conversation slows down or you're really enjoying it and you're just staring anticipated at the screen waiting for their response then I think that's the best time to ask if they wanna move the conversation somewhere else or meet up.
