Sure man. No worries.
I'll pick on them as a group, with things that are obviously not true... maybe.
As for attacks. I'm careful to lead the conversation. I don't let them attack too hard. I change the subject in a natural flow. Sometimes, there's no stopping it. They will beat me down on all topics.
Whatever they can see, they will attack it. I don't give them ammo. I repeat. DO NOT GIVE THEM AMMO, unless you controlled it and purposely started that conversation. I don't give them personal info. My god, I'm not looking to die out there 😆. I will regularly volunteer that I have 5 kids (boys, same mom). That's an easy attack. I'm so proud of that, there's nothing they could do to hurt me.

Hold shit dude I want expecting the essay 😂but I appreciate it. Looks like you took an extract from a book you’re writing 😂I like the technique, but seems… not super easy to do in the right way. I’m going to assume you have a lot of experience, so I’m glad it works for you.
Not sure I’d be able to do it in quite the same way😂maybe in the future tho

Don't worry. It took a while. What helps is to surround you with better people (men) than you. Mentors. This actually works in all aspects in life. If you are the best person in the group, you are doing yourself a disservice. I'm always the lowest guy on the totem pole, on purpose. When I level up, I find new people. It works for business, careers, etc. Even real estate. Always own the cheapest house in the neighborhood. A tide raises all boats.

Jump out of the bushes when they least expect it and they will instinctively crowd in a schooling behavior. You can pick off stragglers that stray away from the group

I've tried that. Was one of the most exciting experiences of my life. It also got me a lot of attention in jail. Everyone loved me so much for it.
If you pull this off, I guarantee that you will get all the companionship you want for years, maybe even life.
