I think beards actually get a lot more mileage in Texas. They want a burly man thats hardened. I grew up on a ranch, so it was normal before I chose city boy life in Dallas. The bar is a statistically low place to find a quality partner. I hang out at a craft brewery because its just a cool vibe while I work. You speak truth though. Everyone is different. For me, a partner dance studio is the place I would go if I'm looking for something more. I can see your point of view. There is a certain level of excitement that comes from the normal spots where everyone else plays. The easy ones. As for boring, I've just found I like certain types of women that do not typically hang out in common pickup spots. The harder to gets kinda women.
