I think there are definitely some good observations in your post and everyone should try to think about it. But to be honest, I'm currently (in my opinion) doing most of what you're suggesting and it's not really working. It might be because I'm stuck in a social circle with too many people in relationships, but for the last 2 years I haven't gotten a single date in real life. Maybe 2 girls that caught my eye at first glance but definitely not meeting any, that really spark my interest.

"Just be interesting." - Be the clown.
"Work on yourself" - This is negative thinking because it always assumes there's something wrong with you. It is a neg used to undercut someone's confidence in order to sell them something.
"Just be yourself" - Came up near the top of "What’s some widely accepted bad advice?" in an askreddit that's still active.
The place to find single women
You will find single and divorced women at Nightclubs and Tinder.
You might find single women at College, the gym or at a cafe.
You won't find single women volunteering, engaging in a hobby, or at work.
If you cannot approach have a friend with less investment approach then introduce you.
There is a healthy mindset I learned from lifting that can be applied here. You can be proud of your accomplishments and still strive for more. Recognizing, that there potential for more doesn't imply in any way, that there is anything wrong with you. It just means, you have the potential to be better.

Good question.
The attractiveness of a woman is subject to your preferences. Attractive women are in every group or environment. What do you find attractive? I suspect your suggesting something very superficial. Thats something you should inventory about yourself in the judgmental category, but I'll help you anyways. You may be able to increase your opportunity if you look towards activities that are fitness and health related.
As for the activities that happen in bed. This comes with a certain level of maturity. Will she do that out the gate? No. I've found almost every woman is willing to explore all levels of activity. That is called intimacy. For most men that sounds very literal. For a woman, this is about building a deep trust and comfortable environment. This is about being an honest person. You can not manipulate someone into thinking they trust you. You have to be trustworthy. You have to have a track record of good faith. You can't have piles of angry women left in your path.
So where is this place that gets you "anal and attractive women"? Probably somewhere between your development of character traits and a hiking group.
