I've been thinking about using Instagram to document my kickboxing journey but I'm stuck on the part about providing value. So far I've just uploaded pictures that I had a buddy take of me in a boxing session. I guess as an offshoot of this I can post content of the kind of exercises and drills I did that day? Maybe even food photos of the things I eat to get in shape? A before picture of my body weight and fat percentage?

Big thanks for writing this up. I'm a middle aged guy and mostly will be doing night game, but I definitely want to learn more about social media. Its what you pointed out. Many women are on instagram. And really, not just women but people in general. When I start traveling to cities to practice game I'm also going to be business networking too. So, anything I can learn about social media for those purposes I'm all in.
I really just want to learn how to use it the right way, stay away from the toxic side as much as possible, but utilize its ability to connect to women and maximize its potential. I'll be starting from scratch, but thats ok. Cold approach is what I'm mostly going to be doing, but over time I'd like to build a social media presence.
I haven't read the entire post, but I'm going to read it all through later.

On the traveling part, it works out pretty well. I can usually post that I'll be somewhere. Looking past the possibilities of a date, its always guaranteed to get me into a party in town that I would have otherwise been solo.

Start a meetup for something you like and get everyone to keep up with the event on your page.
Can you give an example? What events did you host with people you barely know?

This is spot on. During covid I decided to learn Adobe premier. Easy little videos with clearly stupid parodies of myself. Girls started flowing in. Many asking me how I get those kinds of view numbers. 🤦♂️ Silly girls, those vanity metrics cause them to throw all common sense out the window 😆
I learned an important lesson in self love though. My beard is red and I used to envy guys with darker thicker beards. Turns out, I'm a type. A fetish 🤷♂️ lol.

Social media is cancer. I’d highly advise people to delete IG. Best decision I’ve ever made for my time and mental health + I still get laid consistently.

I do have to walk away sometimes. Usually when I find a girl I want to stick with or if I need to focus on work a little more.

Agree that daygame is better, and you don't need the status and money thing, usually. But the problem is some of the women you meet will think you are strange/creepy for making the approach.

I mainly meet girls at the bars on weekends or through my friend group. A little social lubrication goes a long way to avoid coming off as creepy. My day game could use some work and I think dating apps are even more cancerous than social media.

It is a good idea! I struggle with approaching women during the day for a variety of reasons and it’s something I need to work on. There’s a lot of good content on this sub about day game but getting actual experience is way better than reading strategy on Reddit.
