Charisma is how you talk with women,how you carry yourself,body language,having standards.You develop Charisma by talking with a lot of women and believing that you are a high value man.Social status I am talking about being famous like rappers,NBA players,athletes,being a boss in a company etc.With Charisma you can cover your weaknesses like fake It till you make it.You don't need a lot of money or looks to present yourself as high value man.

I don't believe in cold approaches as a way to find women for sex.You need to watch choosing signals from the woman before you approach her.You can do a lot of cold approaches but if the woman is not interested before you approach you basically play the numbers game.Just focus on yourself build a nice physique,get nice clothes,a new car,make more money,get a nice haircut,read or develope interesting hobbies to talk about.Also if you have a lot friends you can meet new people from the social circle introducing you to different women etc.Be the best version of yourself when speaking to women or guys too.Be flirty with women,don't be nervous and be respectful etc.Looks can only get you so far after that you open your mouth and talk.Follow AMS on YouTube for Charisma tips and educate yourself.
