Hey guys, I hope you all doing alright. I live in Morocco, it's not a fully conservative country but the idea of approaching girls is foreign to most people and frowned upon. Nevertheless, when I decided to do it I didn't give a shit. I went out a few times and kept getting cold approach anxiety. It was weird because I had approached girls before in university and such, but when out with the purpose of cold approach I struggled to get myself to ask for fucking directions.

After a few attempts, I gave up. It was too time and energy-consuming. Later I read about systematic desensitization. I am planning on trying this approach, however, I can't help but feel a demon creeping up on me telling me that it won't work in my country.

I was curious if any of you had cold approached in a conservative county? is there such a thing for cold approach? if you did how did it go?
