Were you "crack head energy" with your friends from day 1 from meeting them? I guess not. Things developed over time. And also the fact that you developed "together" led to such strong bonds in the first place. As you grow up, it becomes increasingly difficult to form such relationships mainly due to this fact.
I think that you should keep meeting people and getting more "mature" experiences on friendships and sexual relationships now that you are older. Don't expect to form such crazy connections from day 1, but don't throw out the window the connections you do form. Things take time to develop anyway. Adult friendships are not neccessarily better or worse. They are simply different

Thanks for your time and answer.
And honestly, I think a lot of my connections were pretty spontaneous, but your point kind of enlightened me as to why. Being young you can kind of form those deep bonds quickly and over almost nothing.
I think I based all my interactions off those kind of connections when in all actuality it can take time to get close to someone.
I guess I could take a chance on people I’m not 110% with
