That's certainly up to you. Nobody here can force you one way or the other to learn it.

I'd suggest not doing it right now only because a lot of seduction "gurus" are grifters, and it can be hard to tell who they are if you don't have a lot of experience in that area.

Fortunately there's plenty of stuff you can do at your age to improve success with women without much effort. Here's a short list:

Have good hygiene
Dress nicely
Exercise regularly (especially weight training)
Be a kind and friendly person
Know how to tell a good joke

If you do that, you should do fine finding yourself a girlfriend.

All that said, if you decide you still want to study seduction, avoid any teachers that treat women as a force to be overcome or an enemy to be defeated. These teachers are a dime a dozen and their advice is generic, unoriginal, and total shit. Find teachers that treat women with respect. They're harder to find but they do a much better job of teaching seduction.
