It allows you to have a nicer place next to the happening parts of town which happen to be more expensive. It's hard to keep a girl horny and excited when you have to take an hour drive/subway ride from the bar/club/date back to your place. I'm not saying it's not possible, but when things are moving fast you want to end up at your place or her place in like 15 mins tops.
The other thing is, you just have more money to get into the better places where a higher caliber of women are hanging out.

Agree on both points. It’s nice when you’re a five minute drive from that club or bar.
You also have more confidence and can groom better

Don’t use money to directly attract women.
It’s going to bite you in the ass, the women will see you as a provider and hold out longer.
You will get punished for using the beta bucks strategy.
Use money indirectly. Eg spending it on fashion, gym, housing near bars/clubs, getting access to exclusive clubs.

Money is a great form of validation of your worth. So having money changes your vibe to more not giving a fuck which attracts women. It's not spending it on them but just the abundance mindset you gain, hence you don't seek validation from women. Plus earning money requires dealing with bigger tests than the girl's simple shit tests, so you pass them easily. Focus on your business/career as it will help you develop as a high value man. A high value men sleep with more women. Plus the other perks of logistics, access, clothes, gym, high quality food, etc. But do not spend it on her and meaningless dates.

I'm barely middle class and I do just fine with women.
Having money doesn't make women desire you, despite what a bunch of inexperienced boys like to claim. Knowing how to make women feel trust, love, and arousal is what does that job.
And I can do all that in a public park.
